    },
}
Expand description

The type of diagnostics output to generate.

Variants§

§

HumanReadable(HumanReadableErrorType)

Output meant for the consumption of humans.

§

Json

Fields

§pretty: bool

Render the JSON in a human readable way (with indents and newlines).

§json_rendered: HumanReadableErrorType

The JSON output includes a rendered field that includes the rendered human output.

Output that’s consumed by other tools such as rustfix or the RLS.

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
