Struct core::num::ParseFloatError

1.0.0 · source ·
pub struct ParseFloatError { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

An error which can be returned when parsing a float.

This error is used as the error type for the FromStr implementation for f32 and f64.

Example

use std::str::FromStr;

if let Err(e) = f64::from_str("a.12") {
    println!("Failed conversion to f64: {e}");
}
Run

impl PartialEq for ParseFloatError

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &ParseFloatError) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
